Funky Fellers Fitness strives to provide high-quality fitness classes and video-on-demand content.

Digital Content Purchases
Because video-on-demand content and digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Class Packages
Class packages and multi-class bundles are generally non-refundable after purchase.

If a technical issue prevents access to purchased content or classes, please contact me and I will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Duplicate or Accidental Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged multiple times, or experienced a billing problem, please contact me within 30 days of the transaction.

Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.

Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion.
